Application Process

  • The Early Application deadline is Nov 19 (including references). The fee is $25. 
  • The Regular Application deadline is Dec 3 (including references). The application fee is $50.
  • Because the team size is limited, we will likely not be able to process late applications.

Step 1:  Basic Application.  Fill out the Basic Application online covering contact information, education, availability, placement, and doctrinal agreement. This may take up to 20 minutes to complete.

Step 2:  Three References.  Send this link [www.ivstim.com/reference] with enough time for them to respond to:
  • Your InterVarsity staff (or equivalent Christian leader)
  • A peer
  • Your pastor
Step 3:  Essay Application .  Please allow 2 to 4 hours to complete.

Step 4:  Pay your application fee.
